INTRODUCING – THE JOB POD!

It’s small and efficient. Lacking all detail (which was value engineered out of the design). Made of all glass and perforated metal! Well, at least it was designed that way conceptually, but it was executed in “no glass” ™ and chained link to save money and time and face. It’s a jobsite trailer for the modern contractor! Built by a modern 3d printer using balsa wood, federal grants, technology and science! It opens to all views, that fit in the budget, dissolving the boundary between the interior and the exterior of the construction pit, right next to the elevator pit.

Shedding light, literally.

It not only provides shelter to the “workers” but “inspiration” for their “work” as well. Uplifting while fork-lifting, if you will. It represents the “idea” of “construction”. Giving physical form to the concept of “building”. It can contain up to 3.5 “workers” and up to 400 sets of “construction documents”. “Air quotes” sold separately.

The Job pod was designed by a collective of award-winning, disparate and desperate architects, or at least by their interns. We’re not sure. We haven’t paid them yet.

The skylights which were removed from the design during the concept phase were improperly installed. ignore them. Don’t worry, though, the roofing is 90% flashing, and only 10% leaking.

Job Pods are available in white, black, and “shipping container” ™.

Coming TOO soon to a jobsite near you. Allow 6 months for delivery and 12 months for assembly. It should be finished shortly after the construction is finished. maybe.
