At first, you thought there just wasn’t any base trim. Then you realize the baseboard is flush and painted the same color as the wall. Then you realize that line above the base trim is actually a 3/4″ reveal.

If you think about it. Someone had to tell the engineer to center those sprinkler heads on the windows.

You didn’t notice it a first. But slowly realize that the detailing of this strip mall is elegant.
You realize there are only 3 materials in this entire building.
